5. stop thinking that I'm cool no srsly it's really not true

6. I get really excited over stupid little things ;; the tiniest little things will just make me sO HAPPY

I've had this problem since I was a kid where I've felt like its my responsibility to make sure that the people closest to me are happy- even though it never works ;; I unfortunately take it p personally when any friend of mine is hurt or posting something depressing; I feel guilty because I think I'm nota good enough friend haha;; even tho I know it's dumb ,,,, actually every time
I read a sad journal from one of you guys, even if I don't know you, I get really frustrated because I want to help s o bad but I don't know how and I know that I can't really do anything
